Service Description
You want to run a successful business without compromising the values that made you start it in the first place. This one-on-one session is a space to look at a business decision, policy, practice, or problem through an ethical and people-centered lens. We can talk through things like accessibility and inclusion, marketing practices, client and customer experience, workplace policies, social responsibility, vendor relationships, or the gray areas where doing what's technically allowed and doing what's right aren't always the same thing. We'll talk through what's actually happening in your business, identify potential concerns, and figure out practical ways to move forward that make sense for your business and your values. You'll leave with tangible reference summaries, and proud of yourself.
Cancellation Policy
Paid Consulting Session Policy Paid consulting sessions are reserved specifically for you and your business. Your session is confirmed once we have agreed on the scope of the consultation and any required payment has been received. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. With timely notice, your payment may be applied to a rescheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are generally non-refundable. I understand that life happens, so exceptions may be made at my discretion. If I need to cancel or reschedule your session, you'll have the option to reschedule or receive a refund of any amount paid for the affected session. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for the consultation. Consulting services provided by The Counsel Method are business consulting and educational services. They do not create an attorney-client relationship and are not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other licensed professional advice. When a matter requires advice from an appropriately licensed professional, I may recommend that you speak with one.
