Google. The Counsel Method uses Google Workspace for business email, calendar, scheduling, video meetings, and related business communications. If you communicate with us by email, schedule a meeting using Google Calendar, or participate in a Google Meet call, information associated with those interactions may be processed using Google's services.

Wise. The Counsel Method uses Wise for invoicing and payment-related services. When payment information is entered directly into Wise or another payment provider, that information is processed by the applicable payment provider according to its own privacy practices.

The Counsel Method does not collect or store your complete credit card or bank-account credentials through this website.

We may receive and retain information about a transaction, including your name, business information, invoice amount, payment status, transaction date, and other information reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, and business recordkeeping.

We may also use providers that assist with accounting, tax, technology, security, administrative, or other legitimate business functions.

6. Payment Information

Payments for The Counsel Method's services may be made through Wise or another payment method agreed upon with the client.

Payment credentials submitted directly to a payment provider are handled by that provider rather than collected through The Counsel Method's website.

The Counsel Method may retain transaction records necessary to document payments, manage our client relationship, and satisfy accounting, tax, legal, and business recordkeeping requirements.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly, maintain security, understand website performance, and provide certain website functionality.

6. Consulting Services

7. Pricing

Payments for consulting services may be processed through Wise or another payment method agreed upon with the client.

Any payment terms applicable to a specific engagement will be communicated before payment is required and may also be included in an invoice or engagement agreement.

The Counsel Method does not collect or store complete payment-card or bank-account credentials through this website.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Complimentary Introductory Calls

If you need to cancel or reschedule a complimentary introductory call, please provide at least 24 hours' notice when reasonably possible.

Repeated missed calls or cancellations without notice may result in The Counsel Method declining to schedule another complimentary call.

Paid Consulting Sessions

Paid consulting sessions are reserved specifically for the client.

Unless different terms are agreed upon in writing, clients should provide at least 24 hours' notice when requesting to reschedule a paid session.

Payments may generally be applied to a rescheduled session when timely notice is provided.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may be non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any terms governing the specific engagement.

If The Counsel Method needs to cancel a paid session, the client will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund of amounts paid for the affected session.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Business decisions involve circumstances and variables that cannot always be predicted or controlled.

The Counsel Method does not guarantee any particular business, financial, operational, legal, marketing, employment, reputational, or other result from consulting services, educational materials, workshops, trainings, or information provided through this website.

Examples, ideas, strategies, recommendations, and educational materials are not promises of a particular outcome.

You remain responsible for decisions concerning your business or organization and for determining whether and how to implement any recommendations.

11. Website Information
