Service Description
Sometimes you don't need a six-month consulting engagement. You just need someone smart in the room to help you figure out what to do next. Bring a specific business problem, an idea you're working through, or the list of questions that keeps getting longer. We'll spend an hour talking through what's happening, what's getting in your way, and what your next moves could look like. Strategy, operations, policies, client experience, growth, contracts, processes, difficult business decisions. It's your hour, so we'll focus on what would be most useful to you. You'll leave with clarity, practical next steps, and a plan you can actually use.
Cancellation Policy
Paid Consulting Session Policy Paid consulting sessions are reserved specifically for you and your business. Your session is confirmed once we have agreed on the scope of the consultation and any required payment has been received. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. With timely notice, your payment may be applied to a rescheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are generally non-refundable. I understand that life happens, so exceptions may be made at my discretion. If I need to cancel or reschedule your session, you'll have the option to reschedule or receive a refund of any amount paid for the affected session. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for the consultation. Consulting services provided by The Counsel Method are business consulting and educational services.
